Hello, I would like those of you who know how to interpret the attached data to examine it and comment on any errors in the mount and PHD2 configuration.

Fork mount, Meade LX200GPS 10".
- 72mm focal guide tube with 357 focal length, with reducer.
- The guide tube is mounted in parallel on the 10" Meade LX200.
- The camera uses an ASI 120 mini.
- Polar alignment is done with Sharpap.
- Calibration is done on a celestial area that the structure of my home allows.

I don't know what other data will be necessary. Thank you very much.

Hi Julian

As a  LX200GPS user in Polar Mode I'd suggest:

1. Dec guiding is off, presumably for test purposes ?

2. 500ms exposures is probably too fast, even with MultiStar ?

3. Lots of fast 2arcsec to 4arcsec harmonics in the RA PE, which will be hard to guide out.
You should Train the RA PEC.

4. OAG is recommended for a 10" SCT.

Hi  Michael, thank you very much for your advice. let's see: 1) I deactivate the declination guide because it works better off, as well as with 0.5 sec exposures. better guide than with 1 second, or 1.5 seconds.. 2) I have tried OAG the askar 54, and Asi 174 mini mm, I have tried, and the guide is worse than with the 72ed in parallel 3) How to lower the exposures below 500 ms?

Hello Julian,
I have a 10" Classic on a heavy wedge. Rather than disabling Dec guiding completely, have you tried unidirectional? Select either 'North' or 'South' according to your Dec drift. Based on the longer sessions in your guidelog, select North only. I always use this setting to eliminate Dec backlash problems.

On a different note, I'm pretty sure the experts will recommend you update your PHD2 software to v2.6.13 dev7 from here:  https://openphdguiding.org/development-snapshots/

Cheers,
Jack T
