As Brian said, this probably isn’t worth worrying about if you can’t find the option. That said, your screen-shot does show an ‘Advanced’ check-box which may be enabled once you connect to the mount. If you use the PHD2 2.6.11dev6 release, the Calibration Assistant will react to whatever guide speed the mount is reporting.
