Hi Bruce-san, Andy-san

I am translating the _dev5 program and am confused by the "Pointion" text on the Calibration Assistant screen:

"Pointion" in the "Current Pointing Location" field means where the main scope is pointing, and "Pointion" in the "Calibration Location" field means where the guide scope is pointing, correct?
Note that the "Pointion" character was not found in the "messages.po" file, so it was newly created.

Notice that each of those fields is inside a group box.  The upper group box is labelled “Current Pointing Position”, the lower group box is labelled “Calibration Location”.  In this example, the scope is currently pointing toward the western sky and the calibration will also be done in the western sky.  There is no “pointion” text, only “pointing”.  I can’t even imagine why you would have a guide scope pointing somewhere other than where the scope is pointing.

I translated the "Calibration Assistant" section of the help and shared it with users on my blog.

Hi Bruce-san,

Below are related posts:

What part of "Calibration Assistant: minor UI tweaks and help file updates" in the overview of v2.6.11dev6 released on 29 May 2023 refers to help file updates? I have roughly compared the documentation in the Calibration Assistant section with _dev5 and cannot find any differences in content.

The ‘Recal’ button has been changed to ‘Recalc’.  This shows up in one paragraph and two of the screen images in the Calibration Assistant section of the Tools document.

Hi Andy-san,

I checked "messages.mo" in _dev6 and found an item that is not incorporated. (CA_messages.po_list.txt)
I will send you the updated "messages.po".

A twist has been made to allow tooltips to be displayed in the dialog shortcuts in the "Calibration Assistant" section of the help file:

The reason I came up with this is that the program's tooltip disappears after only a few seconds of display when the mouse hovered over it, and in the case of long messages, the message cannot be read all at once (the content cannot be understood).
In this help file shortcut, the tooltip remains visible unless the mouse cursor is moved, facilitating long deciphering times.

However, the message statement must be kept in mind to be consistent with the program tooltip.
In the following image, a tooltip for the "Calibrate" button appears when you hover the mouse over the number ⑩ on the left.

The tooltip display method has been evolved:

After much trial and error, we finally found a way to display tooltips (supplementary explanations) in the screenshots of the CA dialog in the help documentation in a different way.
That is, if you hover the mouse cursor over the control in the screenshot image, its tooltip will appear. (In short, just like the program displays)
I had a hard time finding a way to set this up.
