Does PHD2 now make dynamic adjustments?

to Open PHD Guiding
It's been a while since I used PHD2 and I am now getting reacquainted with the software all over again.  On one of my first runs, I noticed that the mnmo values were set to values other than what I set them to earlier in the night.  The guiding was exceptionally good, so I left them alone.  Is PHD2 now making dynamic changes to its settings in response to changing  conditions? Or am I just staying up too late?

given those two options, i'd say you are staying up to late ;)

there are some things PHD dynamically updates (such as declination backlash) but min move is not one of them
