No installation of PHP2 has worked for me with camera QHY5III585M. I tried PHP2 2.6.14 and 2.6.13. QHY driver tried was the latest 251203 after first trying the most recent QHY allinone installation.

When I use the profile wizard specifying qhy as the camera or if I just try to specify qhy, the phd2 program immediately crashes: disappears from screen with no message or anything.

I've repeated this a number of times, completely uninstalling driver and phd2 each time.

Camera works with other apps like firecapture and QHY's EZCAP

Try following the steps at the bottom of this thread:

This will get resolved on our side in the next dev release.  You definitely have to install the 32-bit versions of the drivers for use with PHD2.  You can also try using the QHY ASCOM driver, again with the 32-bit versions of the QHY driver software.  Your comment telling me that PHD2 is "crashing" suggests you aren't using the 32-bit versions.

Hey Brad,  I just had the same problem with the same camera. I just contacted QHY and after a few exchanges they set me straight.
You can check out this thread on CN and if you understand what they're talking about maybe you can get it resolved there. I didn't at first but now it's clear as mud.   Check it you first and if it's a little foggy maybe I can help a little bit.

Yes, after considerable googling I learned PHD2 is 32 bit. I was able to fix the problem with a 32 bit qhyccd.dll from the latest stable QHY allinone package.

Thanks,
