[SFD] About Work Related to having Fun.

Hello Everyone,

We have only 3 days remaining to prepare few yet vital things.

The points with *# are things that just came in my mind and has yet to be asked with Nitesh Sir and the entire team. If any of you have a different opinion please feel free to share.

*   [Surit ] Will be giving softcopy of stickers for printing on 16th and Hope to receive it by 18th. 

*   [Entertainment Squad] Bingo management, 3D glass finalization, we need both ready within Thursday and please ask for volunteering we have tons of things to be done.

*   [Web Squad] there is about 20% work remaining according to the squad, I hope full website can be launched by Tuesday.

*    T-shirts is in printing process and we will receive them within Thursday.

*  [Art Squad] must be able to find the requirements for Open Art wall, Papers and everything needed for the open Street Art Theme. please contact Nitesh Sir for More details on resource that we have. 

*# [Art Squad] Flex for photo booth has yet to be received, the files must be sent to prints on 16th. please plan three different flex for background.

*# [Art Squad] I have two ideas that might be a great help to NOSK. 

            1. Covering a water jar or a wooden box with artistic images as contribution box. 

            2. If we find free time we might try making Sky lanterns to replace Candle Vigil with sky lantern vigils. {View Requirements @: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Sky-Lanterns}

                 -> I truly believe that the Artist in our groups can help us make wonderful logos related to FOSS. <-

*# [Entertainment] We must find few volunteers who are willing to put on TUX (the official Mascot for Linux kernel) for few minutes and roam around Patan Area on 19th or even 18th along with Flyers that we will receive on 16th Tuesday. (I hope that will promote SFD At NCIT as well)

Would be great if we could do it on 18th and I would request if my friend at Kantipur Publication could publish it as news on 19th as "TUX promoting Software Freedom day which is going to be held at NCIT on Saturday"

Sure Nischal We need round 5 to 6 volunteers who are willing to wear Tux for few minutes. :-) and we will wear it turn by turn. I hope we can manage SFD'14 promotion fluently.
