[SFD][Entertainment Squad] Things to be done.

Hello People.

As per the discussion in last meeting, the Entertainment Squad is responsible for finalizing the audios/videos to be projected during the main event.

Here I provide with the list of movies, audios and presentations that are provided in the SFD official website: http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/Resources

Please make a short and sweet entertainment program using these resources. Lets not forget "Big Buck Bunny" and "Sintel: 3D" in the event.

Sir in the list you gave Valkaama has the viewing time of 93 min and Sita Sings the Blues is of 120 min.. will this two be suitable for the event?

I think that would be too long.

Lets do:

• Big Buck Bunny (9:57)
• Sintel (14:49)
• How is Linux Built (3:13)
• Elephant's Dream (9:56)
• Freedom Fry — “Happy birthday to GNU” (5:52)
  

Lets put them in such order that people don't get bored.

We can download the highest quality available in the internet at NCIT itself. We have abundant bandwidth.

I can see no updates from your side. I hope you are working for the event.

Just to let you know, that 3D movies and other movies have been downloaded at NCIT already. It would be good, if you could test it before the screening on event day. Also we need to test the rendering, may be we need a high configuration laptop.

Just to remind you guys, we would be using only open source software for the movies screening, and the event is in 7 days from now.
