A second implementation of Dr. Wang's new design, is available (was done by Xiang Li), please see the release message for more information: https://github.com/opennars/opennars_core/releases/tag/v3.1.1

This version is experimental and will need testing&tuning iterations but has proven to be more effective than v3.0.4 in at least 1 example already (fighter plane example by Boyang Xu, a zip is included).
