New functions:
*. real-time procedural inference (which will lead to robot control)
*. emotion and feeling (which will lead to more efficient resource allocation)
*. self-perception and self-control (which will lead to machine consciousness)
These functions are not stable yet, and there are many things to be
done. However, since I won't have coding time in the next 4 months, I
uploaded the new source code, though leave the on-line demo unchanged
(still version 1.3.3).
