release 1.5.3 ?

After release 1.5.2 , I made some important GUI fixes :

I hoped that there would be inference engine fixes too, but now I think a release 1.5.3 is welcome .

Otherwise, I'll wait that Pei Wang returns to NARS in about one week , to return too.
