So I don't think it was addressed, if I missed it please tell me whew I could find the information explaining if this new plus coding makes it possible for homeless people to now use wherever they are Actually LIVING AT THE MOMENT as their mailing address, or I guess even address in general. As a mailing address of course ONLY if there was a legit Mailbox present, with said address on it, of course for the mailman. Hopefully Not being used recklessly, irresponsibly, immaturely, or any other way NOT using it for main reason, or causing mailmen or any neighbors any stress of course(there ALWAYS seems to be that 1or2 people who like to always Ruin a good thing, which is why I mention odd side remarks). But there are areas where say we live in a tent on a side /back street. Cars drive by, people live close by or near companies or factories or maybe just in some trees,
Or Forrest. A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE, as a homeless person, has to deal with is Not being able to receive, Any personal mail. Which makes becoming "Un-homeless" even Farther More Difficult; getting any government papers, appointments, bills/collections, court-related forms or any type of reminders of any kind AND(1of The MOST IMPORTANT) Any job Feedback, applications, interview interests Etc. There or a couple companies that Do Offer help receiving mail for homeless, as nice as it is for the effort in my experience it hasn't been very reliable at all really and has caused even MORE HARDSHIP and hoops I had to jump through to keep myself out of the 'hotseat'. So if we happen to find a good spot to be able to live long enough etc etc. From what I Did read a lot of other countries? Even other States right? Have used these "plus codes" as way of being counted and way of having an "Address" to receive their mail. I believe from what I read, very 'Area' has its OWN Code, so there shouldn't be any confusion on where or who's who. I guess I'm asking; if I find my 'areas plus code' and use it as a address for someone to mail my documents etc and there's a mailbox on the road with my plus code nice and bright written on it waiting for this mailman, would that WORK? or be acceptable? Or is there some rule about having to have a"Actual House" there to get mail, or maybe I have to send some kind of request to some kind of "mailing-address-Boss-guy" and get an approval before a mailman will actually stop, or go out of his way For Me?? Please ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED BY ALLOT OF INQUIRING MINDS. There are two parts to this question, I think:

1. Does a plus code allow addressing any location? The answer to that is yes, every location on earth has its own plus code automatically. For example, if you have access to the Google maps app on a mobile device, you can just tap the blue dot and it should display the plus code for your current location near the top of the screen - something like "Location XXXX+XX Cityname". If you don't have access to Google Maps, but can use a computer somewhere, you can find your code on https://plus.codes/ just by selecting the correct location on a map.

2. Does the local postal service recognize and work with plus codes? I don't think this question can be answered by this forum, as it depends on the postal service. I've seen examples of plus codes being used and recognized as postal addresses in India, and for some Indian reservations in the US, but I don't think that this is generally the case yet.
