Scripting language for console

What language would you prefer, for an in console interpreter? For the logic and maybe another for the realtime.
Examples are C, C++, python,lua or whatever.

i personally prefer python.
and last time i used cython i really enjoyed it :-)
(it combines python and c - and makes it easy to write fast c extensions that - as fare as i remember can also be in-lined in the python code…)

+1 on Python for logic and real-time. 
Python is already supported by OLA, so consistency might be a positive reason. 

(Note: C and C++ are not what one would typically classify as “scripting languages” - regardless of the application)
