OLA 0.8.18 released

The big items are:
* RDM support for the Enttec USB Pro. You need version 2.4 of the
firmware which isn't on Enttec's website yet. Email them and request
it.
* Added support for listing the remote ArtNet Nodes that are
subscribed to an ArtNet universe (ola_artnet -u <universe>)
* Support for multiple Open DMX USB devices.

I'll update macports once their trac system is back online.
