Hello everyone!

So, I have managed to set up OLA on my mac to run QLab with my Enttec PRO interface and everything works fine.

However when I start olad I get this message in a never-ending loop:

"common/io/Serial.cpp:149: Device /dev/ttyUSB0 doesn't exist, so there's no point trying to acquire a lock"

What does this mean? Can I stop it from showing up?

Like I said, everything works, I just want everything to look neat.

Best Regards Sven Brekhof Eriksson

Hi Sven,

It's saying that it attempted to get ready to open and control that device (USB serial port), but the device didn't exist, so it didn't try to open it.

At a guess you've got the StageProfi plugin enabled, if you turn that off, it will do the trick.

Alternatively give us more of your log and I can make a better guess.

You could also just reduce your log level...
