OLA 0.8.30 Released

There was a bug in 0.8.29 which meant that the web based RDM tests
were broken. 0.8.30 fixes this as well as adding a few new features.

* Clean up olad signal handling to avoid race conditions.
* Added support for the new Jese USB widgets
* Fixed a bug in the python API which broke the RDM test server.
* Fixed the E1.33 library install.
* Add an OLA manufacturer specific PID to the Dummy RDM Responder.
* Update the model collector to gather info on manufacturer specific PIDs.

Thanks to Peter Newman for a bunch of changes in this release and
RenZO for testing.

Packages will go up shortly.
