Normally, huawei (black USB dongle) gets auto-detected by Ubuntu 10.04.

But if it's not, you can use sakis-3G to prep the modem module.

Yes. 

Use 10.200.123.234 port 80 or mugetzu.serverftp.com port 80. But it's not consistent. Sometimes molusot sometimes not.

Use with caution. I don't operate nor am I affiliated with these servers.
