Job Description: 

Years of experience required : 6-8 Years Required skills (3 at most) : Scrum, Agile Methodologies, Project Management 

Nice to have skills : CI/CD Development Practices Role responsibilities : Given below 

Evangelize the scrum process / Agile methodologies with the coordination of Acuity team. 

• Assess and remove the impediments for the scrum team. 
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, status review meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. 
• Collaborate product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. 
• Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings. 
• Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meetings across projects 
• Deliver and drive agile maturity and innovation approaches across the Line of Business 
• Coach teams on the basics of Scrum or Kanban (as needed) in simple terms 
• Deliver and drive continuous improvements across agile sprints 
• Foster a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement 
• Coordinate across other Agile teams for dependency management 
• Leverage data to measuring & monitoring progress against commitments 
• Escalate and/or resolve impediments to help teams to ship code incrementally
