!!!!Help: Problem when I login the iscsi hard disk

to open-iscsi
I use CentOS 5.3. When I login the iSCSI hard disk, it show the below
information. I am confusing about this.
Anyone can give me a help~~~Thanks~~~

it used the default of write through cache.

This information will also come out when I fdisk /dev/sda. And I can not mkfs this disk.
I think the cache type should be write back.
But I do not how to handle this situation.
