I have tried Apple's podcast app and hated it. Until now, I have been listening to my podcasts in Music or Video. But it appears that with iOS7 and iTunes 11.1 that is no longer an option. Am I missing a simple setting or is Apple forcing our hand with the Podcast app?

I agree with you. No one has got it right yet. But Marco Arment is working on a new podcast app. His reason is that he didn't like what was out there either. He is the creator of Instagram which he sold to Facebook 6 months ago for $1 Billion. Hopefully his podcast app will be as good. ;-/

Marco Armant did not create Instagram. He created Instapaper and was co-founder of Tumblr. So I don't think his net worth is as much. :-)

You are so right Roger. I knew he sold Instapaper and in a senior moment got it and Instagram mixed up. Tumblr has kind of strayed from what I am sure he intended - a lot of porn these days.
