Job Description Role: Sr. CRMA Data Engineer
MUST HAVE:
Tableau CRMA & Einstein Discovery Certification.
Experience building Dashboards using CRMA (aka Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics).
Design, build, and support datasets, data recipes, dataflows, and dashboards using Salesforce and non-Salesforce data sources.
Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues with CRMA Dashboards.
Skilled in SAQL, JSON o Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Einstein Discovery and deploy AI/ML Models built outside Salesforce.
Experience working with large data (1 B+ rows) and supporting large user base (10,000+).
Mentor and coordinate the development efforts of other CRMA Developers o Analysis and Effort Estimation of Analytics Features & Stories.
Best practices direction and implement approaches for content governance, processes, version control and UI consistency within CRMA.
Experience with any CI/CD Platform (VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, other).
NICE TO HAVE: o Salesforce Developer I Certification.
Experience developing applications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud o Snowflake and Tableau BI experiences are desirable o Experience with Data Analytics and AI/ML Algorithms in Python using Databricks o Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps • QUALIFICATIONS: o Candidates should have strong experience in Salesforce Development (5+ years) and CRMA Development (3+ Years) o Experience creating interactive and advanced CRMA dashboards, with large number of complex data transformations o Manage complex security models in CRMA by leveraging security predicate and app-based security modeling o Experience with SFDC Lightning configuration and customization o Experience with Agile Salesforce & Analytics Development Practices
