Needed Reports Documentation

Hello Reports Task Force,

The following chapters exist in the Evergreen 1.6 documentation
(http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/1.6/draft/html/) and are currently the
only topics listed for inclusion in the 2.0 documentation:

Chapter: Starting and Stopping the Reporter Daemon
Chapter: Folders
Chapter: Creating Templates
Chapter: Generating Reports from Templates
Chapter: Viewing Report Output
Chapter: Cloning Shared Templates
Chapter: Running Recurring Reports
Chapter: Template Terminology

There has been talk of adding documentation on running reports through
SQL and enforcing nullability in reports. I believe we have a
volunteer to write something up on nullability (Dan Scott), but I
don't think any clear volunteers have come forth to write the SQL
stuff. Please correct me if I'm wrong - and if not, please feel free
to volunteer! :)

What other areas are needed to help flesh out the Reports
documentation - both in 1.6 and 2.0? Do you have any documentation
that could help clarify reporting for the larger Evergreen Community?
As the Documentation Interest Group's coordinator for reports
documentation, I would sure appreciate any insight, information, and
input you can provide!
