2011 International Evergreen Conference Reports Task Force Meeting Ideas

Hello EG Reports Task Force folks,

On our conference call yesterday, we discussed possible topics for discussion at our meeting in Decatur (10:00-noon on Wednesday, April 27).  Here is what we've come up with thus far:

• Volunteers for new facilitators? Jenny is willing to continue to convene/facilitate the group, but would like to open the opportunity up for others to get involved
• Ideas for needed reports (common to most libraries)
• Sharing reports/report templates in the Evergreen Community
  
• Reports Q & A: this may be more Q than A, but we can generate a list of questions we would like answered
  

Please post additional ideas for discussion to the group list for inclusion in the final agenda.

What does everyone think of posting these agenda items to the general list to give people an idea beforehand as to what it is we’ll be talking about?

I think it's a good idea - would it make sense to post now, or should
we wait until closer to the event so it's fresh?
