IRC this afternoon

This afternoon at 3pm UK time / 4pm Malawi, Oslo time we'll have the next online meeting to discuss open-HEA and open-IHM.

Last week's work and discussions on the open-ihm QIP were very constructive. We will be discussing progress and priorities this afternoon.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to connect this afternoon. Could Brown and Tiwonge update on the change log? We had a good discussion on this a couple of weeks ago. (By the way, I met a python programmer at Mbarara university earlier in the week-he's keen to join the developer's group when the change log and other tidying up issues have been sorted.)

1. Write a ChangeLog for the code that already exists
• This is crucial as it allows other developers to see what the code already does, how it has evolved and where we still need to put some effort in
• This should resolve Issue 198
• The ChangeLog should be checked into source, on ALL branches
• The ChangeLog should be in GNU standard ChangeLog format (see Issue 198)
• Each "version" of the code (as it is listed in the installers on the Downloads page) need to be clearly marked in the ChangeLog
