Second major release

[Open Graph Benchmark]

Dear all,

We are excited to make our second major release of OGB! The release is summarized below.

Important: Please update your OGB package to 1.2.0.

- 5 new datasets and their benchmark results have been added. The new datasets include a web-scale gigantic graph and heterogeneous graphs.

- Our OGB package has been updated to 1.2.0 to include the 5 new datasets. 

- The arXiv paper has been updated.

- There is no change to the existing datasets. Their results obtained using 1.1.1 are compatible to 1.2.0.

- Baseline performance on ogbn-products and ogbl-citation has been improved.
