New OGB-LSC datasets and public leaderboards released

Hi everyone,

We are excited to release OGB package v1.3.2, where you can use the new OGB-LSC datasets. Please visit this page and our updated paper to learn more. Below are quick summaries of our updates.

- WikiKG90M --> WikiKG90Mv2

The new WikiKG90Mv2 dataset does not provide any candidate tail entities, providing a more realistic challenge of large-scale KG completion. The old WikiKG90M has been deprecated.

- PCQM4M --> PCQM4Mv2

The new PCQM4Mv2 dataset provides 3D structures of training molecules. In addition, some minor bugs in the datasets were also fixed. The old PCQM4M has been deprecated.

- OGB-LSC leaderboard released

We have set up OGB-LSC public leaderboards, allowing hidden test-set evaluation for MAG240M, WikiKG90Mv2, and PCQM4Mv2. The leaderboards for the deprecated datasets will not be maintained.
