Let’s Light Up Every Community'. An academic pre-conference will take place on Tuesday July 20 2021 from 11:00-13:00 EDT (15:00-17:00 UTC). The agenda items and speakers feature local leadership. Participants will be able to engage with federal, state, Tribal and local leaders, policymakers, and advocates through interactive roundtables, fireside chats, and networking sessions. All proceedings will be webcast by the Greater Washington DC Chapter of the Internet Society.
