Hi,

I would like to make a submission to Ireland's second OGP Action plan on behalf of Open Knowledge Ireland. Noting it's still Sept. 30th but online submission is already closed please accept our submission by email. I was waiting to submit until after the citizen forum on Tuesday. Apologies with work and after work commitments this had to wait till this afternoon.

Please also take into consideration and if possible publish my comment on OGP Action Plan 1 on ogpireland.ie: Action 1.6 Signing up to G8 Open Data Charter is not complete. Details in attached document
