[open-government] When was the opengovernmentdata.org web launched?

Hi! This is probably not a question for the entire community:), but I’m asking from a research point of view because I’m writing a section about some “ambiguities” concerning the term “open government data” (even though you defined it very clearly) for my upcoming doctoral thesis on how to understand open data re-use (from an impact point of view). So, for me to understand the emergence of this term (and for general references), I’m interested to know when your http://opengovernmentdata.org/ web was launched. 

And since I’m at it,  if you can tell me the when the second version of the Open Data Handbook was launched as well, I’d be super happy:)

Open Government Data was launched, I think, some time in early 2010 (domain was registered at end of 2009).

1st version of handbook was 2012 http://blog.okfn.org/2012/02/22/announcing-the-open-data-handbook-version-1-0/ (though much of it was done quite a bit earlier).

2nd version came out last year (start of May I believe):
