Standard PLU numbers for produce as raw data?

Hey folks, 

Do any of you know where to get standard produce PLU numbers as raw data, like a CSV or excel spreadsheet? I feel like I should know this, but it seems surprisingly hard to find.

These are the sources I've looked at so far, but they're mostly just PDF (though one of them looks like it's directly from a spreadsheet). I'd rather avoid trying to scrape if I can.

Hi Phil,

I grabbed the Produce Marketing Association list, whacked it into
Google Refine for a spit and polish clean-up. See if this is helpful-
