Problem statements + answer elements

This spreadsheet is the master list of problem statements that the non-
dev group at #openfood #odhd built during the first half of the day.
It's meant to be a list of specific inquiries that food consumers
might want to know, in order to inform a definable list of elements
that are needed to answer such questions.

The list of elements is at the bottom; a developer might take one or
two of those elements and work on aggregating a dataset underneath it.
This is the list of elements that showed up the most:

cost to purchase - pricing information
allergenic properties
nutrient list/makeup
supply chain insights
where are you - location relevance
certification bodies/orgs
-certifications: specific standards/components
-certifications: who is responsible?
popularity/social data - how do my friends feel about this food?
origin details (who/what/when)
production methods
