Hi,

Apologize ahead of time for the total newbie question, as I'm sure
it's just a setup or config error.

I believe I followed the install instructions correctly and then I'm
trying out your sample code. However, when I start running 'script/
server', the following error occurs and exits:

OK. Sorry for the spam, figured it out. I didn't have the json gem
installed. Sorry again.
