This is common data sharing information platform  but focused strictly on operations risk, which forms a relatively small percentage of losses for banks, but some of the losses are covered by their insurance.Also you have to be a contributing member.It has members across various geographies.

I spoke to them about covering other risks including credit /market risks ( required by Basel for credit ratings)  and opening up to third party on a no name basis  and charging a fee,They they were not interested in either.
