1. What did I do yesterday?

• (open-event-server) - Made PR (#8120) - WIP: Implement "Announce Event" email for group followers
  open
     .
• Add Permissions to the end point /announce in group api.
• Working on changing isAnnounced Filed while user update the event .i.e event converted from past to upcoming. Need to do research on this part. Exploring optimised way to do this.

2. What I plan to do today?

Try to complete backend of "announce events" and start work on frontend part.

3. What is stopping me from doing my work?

      nothing. everything is fine.
