Hi,

I recorded ephys data with GUI v0.6.1 with multiple TTL input using BNC channel 1, 5 and 6 of Open Ephys I/O Board. However, when I loaded .evemts file by [data, timestamps, info] = load_open_ephys_data(filename),  the information of TTL ID was only shown with 0 and 1 in data thus TTL inputs to ch 5 and 6 were mixed, although different TTL inputs are shown with different color in GUI during recording. This is similar when I used different BNC channel. It was not happen when I used v0.5.x. Could you let me know how to import the BNC channel index information?

Thank you,
Hisayuki Osanai

Hi Hisayuki,

Thank you for reporting this. It is indeed a bug where all channels greater than 0 are being saved as 1 instead of the actual channel number. I just pushed a fix to the OpenEphys data format repo, the updated version will be available via the PluginInstaller within a few hours. It will be marked version 0.6.1.
