Hi to all,

we are just on the first trial with this system. 
So I have a maybe stupid question: how I can adjust the gain of the signal. Our test-input is to big, that one can not see the whole amplitude on the spikesorter. I couldn't find it in the tutorial.

Intan chips have a fixed gain of ~100 and accept a maximum of +/- 5 mV either referenced to 'ref' pin or differential for bipolar version.

If you exceed more than ~0.5V at inputs, you will active shunt diodes meant for ESD protection.

If you want to generate test signal from function generator, you need to divide it down to an appropriate range before put it into the intan chip.

Hi,
it sounds like maybe you just need to change the view axis on the spike sorter, last time i checked you needed to click on the number in each box to cycle through the options.
I assume you can see the whole signal just fine in the lfp viewer?
