Community Call: Stimulus, Meaningful Use, and Clinical Transformation

This month's community call will focus on the topic of the ARRA/HITECH stimulus bill from the perspective of improving clinical outcomes.  Of course, to properly address this topic we must also review the economic and fiscal aspects of the legislation.
 
This month's topic would be interesting for healthcare facility's financial roles such as CFO, Director of Finance, and Controller.  Additionally, executive staff involved in the business aspects of running a hospital, clinic, FQHC, CHC, or private office. 

 

Further, we will look at the "meaningful use" provisions of the bill, which is a topic all providers should be aware of as they review, evaluate and select systems over the next few years.
