Recent SPAM on Open eHealth

I apologize for the recent spam on this list. Apparently my own email client had been catching it and I hadn't realized it was so rampant.
I have banned the spammers and removed a number of suspect members. I have also deleted the spam messages. I have set the options to join the group more strictly and hopefully this will keep the off topic posters at bay.
