The document below is just the Proyecto T�cnico bit of the planning
submission. If someone wants to have a go writing the intro bit (why our
plans for Open E Land are appropriate for the local environment) that'd
be great. Guidelines are attached.

I'll probably add an area map (just a schematic with the road and river
is all that is reuired, I think) and a figure of the cisterns (say
10,000L, 0.5m buried with earth around edges). I may add water tanks
for the earthship and strawbale building.
Other bits that need attention listed below.

3.- Determinar exactamente las caracter�sticas del aprovechamiento que
se propone, as� como las condiciones para su materializaci�n.
4.- Proponer la cesi�n gratuita de los terrenos que correspondan al
Municipio en concepto de participaci�n en el aprovechamiento urban�stico
otorgado por la calificaci�n o, en otro caso y cuando as� lo haya
aceptado dicho Municipio, el importe del canon sustitutivo por
satisfacer (seg�n el Art� 27.1.4� de la Ley 15/2001, de 14 de diciembre,
del Suelo y Ordenaci�n Territorial de Extremadura).
5.- Aceptaci�n, por parte del Ayuntamiento, de la cesi�n gratuita de los
terrenos que correspondan al municipio en concepto de participaci�n en
el aprovechamiento urban�stico otorgado por la calificaci�n, o en su
caso, el importe del canon sustitutivo de dicha cesi�n.
6.- Justificaci�n de que no existe la posibilidad de formaci�n de n�cleo
de poblaci�n seg�n el apartado 9 de la disposici�n preliminar a�adido
por la Ley 9/2010, de 18 de octubre, de modificaci�n de la Ley 15/2001,
de 14 de diciembre, del Suelo y Ordenaci�n Territorial de Extremadura.
7.- Justificar que para el emplazamiento de los mismos no existe otro
suelo id�neo y con calificaci�n urban�stica apta para el uso de que se
trate.
8.-Superficie de la finca acreditada por fotocopia de la Escritura de
propiedad, Certificado del Catastro o Certificado del Ayuntamiento.
9.- Solicitudes o Informes sectoriales exigibles por raz�n de su
ubicaci�n o actividad (Direcci�n General de Medio Ambiente, Carreteras,
Patrimonio, Turismo, Confederaci�n Hidrogr�fica�)

conditions for its realization.
4. - To propose the free transfer of the land that apply to the
municipality in respect of participation in urban use granted by the
score or, in another case and if so accepted the municipality, the
amount of the fee replacement to meet (as the Art 27.1.4 � of Law
