I count 27 "international" registrations and 20 Spanish (though Ezequiel
says there are at least an additional 8 of the latter coming), plus
people like me, Alicja, Angel, etc), and there are few other people
expected (e.g. Henrick).

Average residency period for the visitors is 9.2 and 6.5 days
respectively. 14 vehicles, 2 vans.

Most people want camp food.

Of the people who registered who said they wanted camp food I counted
around 374 person days of food (i.e., around 1000 meals, of three meals
a day). Some of the registrations won't turn up, and there'll be
probably be some surprises too.

We've ordered 200 of dry food (details attached) to cover camp food for
the first little while.

I think best not to - we don't need to attract any more interest etc at the moment.

Hello all,

For the people that asked for food it might be a good a idea to get some kind of payment or deposit.

This will in a way confirm their attendance and second don't be a bank by advancing the money. I would suggest something similar for camp registration. Confirming the attendance and maybe depositing some money, resources are limited to about 20-30 people in camp, at least this was the numbers we have been planning for, so something symbolic like 20 euros per person should already give a finite list of attendants within the 20-30 people, plus advance some money toward camp preparation.

All the best!

Angel

Would just like to make an announcement, i have been invited to talk on sunday afternoon. However my funding has been pulled from my apprenticeship so i may not be able to attend. I understand that we are all limited for funds but i would really like to be there.

In the next few weeks i will be trying to amass enough resources to make the journey.

If anyone can assist me to cover travel costs that would be amazing, however i understand the severe economic constraints which have been imposed on all of us and see that the likelihood of this occurring is limited due to financial reasons.

If i am needed to discuss these issues in mumble/teamspeak or skype i will make time available. Alternatively feel free to send me a private message.

Excellent work everyone, its amazing to see what you have achieved here and i look forward to seeing you guys again.

Thank you very much
