Hello all,
For the people that asked for food it might be a good a idea to get some kind of payment or deposit.
This will in a way confirm their attendance and second don't be a bank by advancing the money. I would suggest something similar for camp registration. Confirming the attendance and maybe depositing some money, resources are limited to about 20-30 people in camp, at least this was the numbers we have been planning for, so something symbolic like 20 euros per person should already give a finite list of attendants within the 20-30 people, plus advance some money toward camp preparation.
All the best!
