I've finally got the accounts up-to-date. With thanks to the kitchen and
bar and all the donations, as of the 9/9/2012 Open E Land was only 43
euros in debt to me (for things I'd paid for on my credit card). To
balance the books I've written this off as a donation.
The current state of the books is here:

There were actually three donations of $100, $30, $85 (from Morris
Dovey, Eduardo Riesco and Guillaume Faure respectively) which were
returned by PayPal because I didn't realise I had to manually accept
them. I haven't chased these up - maybe someone can for the next round
of fund raising?
Since I'm tied up until next summer I'm now ending my reign as Open E
Land treasurer. In summary I think we've done pretty well. We've raised
and spent around 2000 euros, built quite a lot of infrastructure and
laid a decent foundation for building upon in the future.
Will hopefully get onto camp write up tomorrow.
Christopher.
