I am trying to find out if there is typical way of defining signed and unsigned analog objects in DNP3.

For example -

for a 16 bit signed integer with flag
"int16" - Object 30, var5, index x

Will it be the same for a 16 bit unsigned integer ?
"uint16" - Object 30, var 5, index y

x and y being point indices.
i was not able to find different variations for signed or unsigned integers.

All of the integer analog input objects are signed 16-bit or 32-bit values.
