Found this group at Cornell working on open design water treatment
plants.

One interesting thing about this project is that they have developed
an automated design tool that will generate the following outputs.

- a spreadsheet file containing all of the variables and their values
- text files containing AutoCAD commands that can be pasted into the
AutoCAD command line
- an AutoCAD drawing of the plant
