I'd quite like to adopt some kind of 'strategy' to make our efforts stick, but the usual challenge of encouraging uptake of any new tech is key, of course. There are some interesting ideas in the case studies though, around 'embedding' network organisers, regular meetups, etc.
Can the "Open Data Movement" move beyond just new data-centric tools and services for existing networks to use? How can initiatives _integrate_ with existing networks, rather than try to be a 'bolt on'?
