Accelerating CAE Simulation

Computer-aided engineering (CAE) is essential to modern manufacturing. As designs become more sophisticated, engineers must simulate larger assemblies, apply finer meshes, and account for complex physics interactions. This June, engineers from Altair and Microsoft collaborated on one of our most ambitious benchmarks to date, running 20 tests across 14 models using Altair GPU-enabled solvers on Microsoft Azure.
