OCM config error

Hello
I install 3 single node kubernetes cluster in ec2 instance.
Able to install "clusteradm" and successfully initiated.
Also, I am able to successfully do clusteradm join.

But accept not going through,

ubuntu@ip-14569:~/.kube$ clusteradm accept --clusters alpha

CSR alpha-qhzv8 already approved

Error: managedclusters.cluster.open-cluster-management.io "alpha" not found


Suggestions required please...
