Hey folks,
Wanted to give everyone a heads up that I've submitted a pull request dealing with a proposed change to the process for generating, modifying, and generally managing OCD Division Identifiers. This is a document that has come out of a lot of individual discussions with folks whose work depends on OCDIDs, as well as work done by a small working group of folks that arose from our 2017 convening of ballot data providers/users. I love this!
(Right now there's a double-space in line 18: "division IDs as defined", but I doubt that's the kind of substantive feedback you had in mind). In that vein, added a supportive comment endorsing the proposal on the PR.
