creating ocd-organization id for San Jose

Looking to create ocd-organization id for San Jose. Attemping to get repo started for San Jose (https://github.com/datamade/councilmatic-starter-template) need to add San Jose to Open Civic Data access it looks like. Please let me know if you need other information from me or with any questions.

You shouldn't need to. San Jose looks like it's already in there. Are you running into an error someplace?
