New Zealand electoral districts

In preparing a project for New Zealand, I'm going to be adding identifiers for federal electorates. I'll be contributing back to the ocd id repository.

At first thought, it seems like this makes sense:

ocd-division/country:nz/federal_electorate:auckland_central

However, New Zealand has a unique class of "Special Electorates" currently designated to provide Maori citizens with more adequate and fair representation (see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Zealand_electorates#M.C4.81ori_electorates).

So, is the general feel here that it should be something like:

ocd-division/country:nz/maori_electorate:hauraki_waikato

or 

ocd-division/country:nz/special_electorate:hauraki_waikato

or simply stick to the generic "federal_electorate" for all electorate districts?

A/ we are not a Federation, so the term 'federal' is never used.

B/ Electorates are generally refered to as General and Maori

Based on that I would suggest to use

ocd-division/country:nz/general_electorate:epsom

ocd-division/country:nz/maori_electorate:hauraki_waikato
