Not Sure why I am thinking of this right now, but a raspberry pi with:

Lots of media.   Sound Is Best, Less power. Btw cam someone fix predictive text?

Brings up a guest Wifi network.

Has chat facilities like Twitter say.

All on network can communicate, securely and safely with privacy respected.

Hoping everyone is staying safe.
