OAC - Mothbox on Nov 20

Hi all,

First, huge thanks to Andy Gross for leading our discussion on ROS! Here's the video.

Now, I'm excited to announce that Andy Quitmeyer will present his project Mothbox on Wednesday Nov 20 at 8am Pacific / 11am Eastern / 13h ART / 16h UK.  Andy is a researcher and founder of DinaLab in Gamboa, Panama. I'm looking forward to Andy sharing his work on Mothbox because it's a wonderful example of a fully open-source project that meets a specific need and is reproducible. I think this will be a great companion to the discussions we've been having about integration frameworks over the past few meetings.

The Mothbox is a low-cost, high-performance insect monitor. It features a power efficient and lightweight design meant to help field biologists deploy it in the depths of the jungles, and its low-cost nature means you can build one to study the biodiversity at your home!
All the physical designs, electronics schematics, Pi Scripts, and insect-IDing Artificial Intelligence are provided free and open source, so you can build, share and improve on these designs yourself!
